A promotional single was released by [[Cooking Vinyl]] to press and radio in the UK in advance of the album, which also included "[[Patriot's Heart]]" and "[[America Loves The Minstrel Show]]". The single was not released commercially, however. The promo single's artwork was designed by [[Bradley Johnson]] and is also used on the cover of [[American Music Club]]'s 2005 live album, ''[[A Toast To You]]''.
