'''"I'll Be Gone"''' is the 14th song on [[start|American Music Club]]'s seventh album, 1994’s ''[[San Francisco]]''. The song was planned for EP release in the US but ''[[Hello Amsterdam]]'' was issued instead. Promos for the ''I'll Be Gone'' EP (with the same track list as ''[[Hello Amsterdam]]'') had been sent out to radio prior to the single change.

The "Joe/Jim Mix" is used on the LP version.
