Tim Boxell is a San Francisco-based film director, writer and producer who has done commercials, broadcast IDs, episodic TV, feature films, corporate and animation as well as music videos.

Since 2006 Boxell has been an MFA coordinator at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, providing MFA students with career and academic advice and mentoring.

Involvement with American Music Club

Boxell directed American Music Club's first music video, 1987's "Electric Light".
