Beth Herzhalt
Pamela Gentile is a San Francisco-based photographer. Gentile invented an independent studies film major for herself at the University of Oregon and later taught a Women in Film class there, after which she relocated to San Francisco. Gentile has been the official photographer for the San Francisco International Film Festival since 1986. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The LA Times, among many other publications. She has a permanent installation at Building 39 of The Presidio in San Francisco.
